Express Delivery – £4.99, with estimated delivery in 3–7 working days from order confirmation. For US orders, the Express price is charged in US dollars at the converted amount shown at checkout.

Orders

How do I know my order has been placed?

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder or contact us with the email address you used at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update or cancel it and issue a full refund. Once dispatched, you can return it free of charge after it arrives.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All the payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely and we never store your full card details.

Which currency will I pay in?

Delivery

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Standard Delivery is free and takes an estimated 9–12 working days from order confirmation. Express Delivery takes an estimated 3–7 working days; its price is shown at checkout. See Delivery & Returns.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

No. For orders delivered to the UK and the US, we cover any import duties or taxes. If a carrier asks you for a payment, please don't pay it and contact us straight away.

How can I track my order?

We email a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a few working days to start updating. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

My parcel is late or hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Check with neighbours or your building's reception first, then email us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or a full refund.

We refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking your return. Your bank may take a further 3–10 working days to show it.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't offer direct exchanges at the moment. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you need.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a free return and a repair, replacement or full refund.
