The store is operated by ANDRADE COMPANY DIGITAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States ("we", "us", "our"). We sell to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its security or operation, submit false information or copy its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. Measurements are approximate. All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP for customers in the United Kingdom and in USD for customers in the United States. The payment options, any applicable sales tax and delivery charges are displayed before payment. DELSARI is responsible for applicable import taxes, customs duties, tariffs and clearance charges on orders delivered to the United Kingdom and the United States; you do not pay additional import charges on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery estimates, origin and destinations. Goods may be fulfilled from outside your country. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Orders and contract

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, an obvious error has occurred or we suspect fraud; in that case we will refund any amount paid in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales for the United Kingdom and the United States are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Customers in the United Kingdom and the United States may request a free return of eligible items within 30 days of delivery, with return postage paid by DELSARI. UK customers also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days, and US customers keep any rights under the law of their state. 8. Intellectual property

The DELSARI name, logos, website design, text and original images are owned by or licensed to ANDRADE COMPANY DIGITAL LLC. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission, except as permitted by law.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom and under the consumer protection laws of your US state.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home country (for UK consumers, the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland; for US consumers, the courts of your state where the law allows).
